Bryan Chapell is the Stated Clerk of PCA General Assembly. He is also a founding council member of the Gospel Coalition and is Pastor Emeritus of the historic Grace Presbyterian Church and President Emeritus of Covenant Theological Seminary. His preaching and teaching are broadcast in many nations through Unlimited Grace Media, and are also available at unlimitedgrace.com. He is the author of many books, including Unlimited Grace, Each for the Other, Holiness by Grace, Praying Backwards, The Gospel According to Daniel, The Hardest Sermons You’ll Ever Have to Preach, Christ-centered Worship, and Christ-centered Preaching, a preaching textbook now in multiple editions and many languages. He and his wife, Kathy, have four adult children, and a growing number of grandchildren.
Carl Ellis is Provost’s Professor of Theology and Culture at Reformed Theological Seminary Atlanta. He is also the Senior Fellow of the African American Leadership Initiative. In 1969, Carl Ellis began his ministry as a Senior Campus Minister with the Tom Skinner Associates in New York. From 1979 to 1989, Carl served as the Assistant Pastor of Forest Park Community Church in Baltimore, MD, served on faculty at Chesapeake Theological Seminary, and served as a seminar instructor for Prison Fellowship where he developed and taught “in-prison” and “in-community” seminars for inmates and community volunteers. Between 1986 and 2009, Carl served as an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Urban Theological Studies (C.U.T.S.), and as Dean of Intercultural Studies at Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA. Carl was recently the Associate Pastor for Cultural Apologetics at New City Fellowship. Dr. Ellis studied under Francis Schaeffer at LÁbri in Hermoz sur Olon’, Switzerland, completed his MAR (Theology) at Westminster Theological Seminary, and holds a D.Phil. from Oxford Graduate School.
Billy Park is the lead pastor of Grace Community Presbyterian Church (www.gracecommunitypc.org) and also works part-time as the Korean Relations Representative for the PCA Administrative Committee. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University (BA in Bio-Psychology, 1986), Princeton Theological Seminary (MDiv, Pastoral Ministry, 1989), and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (ThM, Biblical Theology, 1993). He was ordained by the Korean Presbyterian Church in America (Kosin) in 1995 and transferred to the PCA in 2004. He has coordinated the PCA EM Forum since 2012 when in began under the PCA-CKC: PCA EM Pastors Leadership Forum. He is married to Gloria and has four children. He lives in Suwanee, Georgia.
